Google MeetでVisual Effectsが使えないときは

Meetで背景加工ができないとき、「ハードウェア アクセラレーションが使用可能な場合は使用する」をONにしろ。とエラーがでるが、設定を見に行ってもONになってる。
そんなときは、 https://webglreport.com/?v=2 を確認する。

Major Performance Caveat が YES になっていたら、 chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist を Enabled に変更する。
